As part of a research project we are trying to find a map of the Wairakei area in the 1900s (or as close as possible). Wairakei is about 10km north of taupo. I have never dealt with historic maps so if you know where I could make some enquiries that would be really helpful.

Lo there; Can you re-define "Wairakei Area" needs - What would you like to see on the map, and what radius out from Wairakei centre is needed ? e.g. Everything for 10 mile radius ? 20 mile radius ?
